Stuart heads up our commercial team. He has very wide experience of practising commercial law including European and worldwide cross-border litigation and enforcement, international convention and treaty law, civil fraud, banking, commercial agents, non-medical professional negligence and the drafting of  drafting of commercial contracts. His recent international experience has included cross-border litigation involving and acting with lawyers in the USA, Israel, France, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Italy, Australia, UAE, Bahrain, and the British Virgin Islands.

Stuart Cakebread is a member of the BVI Bar, the Commercial Bar Association and the Chancery Bar Association.

He is the author of “Drafting Commercial Agreements” published by the Law Society in its second edition in 2018.
