Juliette is highly experienced in the commercial and regulatory aspects of the telecommunications and electronic communications industry. Arqiva retained Juliette in its successful litigation against Everything Everywhere and Orange arising out of their joint venture for the creation of a single joint network, which litigation resulted in two landmark decisions.

Juliette’s expertise as a telecoms barrister covers all communication industry sectors, both stakeholder and regulatory/licensing, with clients ranging from network operators to content providers and infrastructure, communications and media services companies. Disputes range from private actions, regulatory issues and challenges to regulators’ decisions, including by judicial review.

Juliette has extensive commercial dispute resolution expertise covering complex multimillion commercial disputes – both domestic and multi-jurisdictional, including those involving fraud. One of her most recent cases involves a US$2billion commercial dispute arising out of substantial land development in Dubai. Juliette’s recent cross-border litigation has ranged from the UAE to Liechtenstein.
